Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the i1juta platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, i1juta reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit accumulated balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number — is accurate and kept up to date. i1juta may request updated documentation at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. i1juta recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account and using a strong, unique password. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, or at our discretion at any other time, we may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Documents typically required include a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of residential address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past 3 months), and a selfie holding your identification document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
i1juta supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. The minimum deposit at i1juta is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider may apply. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may be refunded with any associated winnings voided.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. First-time withdrawals will only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. For verified accounts, withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the chosen method and current processing volumes.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering are denominated exclusively in MYR. i1juta does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which i1juta accepts no liability.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through i1juta are subject to the specific terms published on each promotion's detail page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering Requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applied to the Bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per promotion. Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. Bonus Funds and any associated Wagering Requirements expire if not completed within the timeframe specified on the relevant promotion (typically 7 to 30 days from date of credit). Expired Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited automatically.
Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all bonus amounts being voided.
i1juta reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or fraudulent activity is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting system errors, and any co-ordinated activity designed to manipulate bonus outcomes.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, scraping, or commercially repurposing any platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1juta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or display error resulting in an incorrect game result or payout, i1juta reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and refund the staked amount to the User's Account. No additional compensation or liability beyond the return of the original stake will apply in such circumstances.
i1juta makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform access. i1juta will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements must be resolved and a final withdrawal of any eligible balance requested. i1juta will process the account closure within 5 business days of receiving your request.
i1juta reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, violated applicable law, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, associated balances may be forfeited.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months shall be considered dormant. i1juta will provide email notification prior to applying a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to dormant accounts, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. No fees will be applied to accounts with a zero balance.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which i1juta operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to i1juta's customer support team for informal resolution.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, the matter may be escalated to an independent dispute resolution mechanism as determined by the applicable regulatory framework. i1juta will provide full cooperation in any legitimate dispute resolution process initiated by a User.
i1juta reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made — particularly those that may adversely affect User rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
